Healing Therapy

“Change From The Inside Out...”

Who is Healing Therapy for?

The approach is non-religious, based on working with a higher energy than humankind. So, if this is a challenging concept, it might not be for you.

The higher energy has many different names in different places in the world: e.g. Source, Unconditional love, Universal energy, God, Chi, Prana, Creator, The One.

It is, from my perception, the highest energetic frequency existing - without any judgement, emotional shading, pre-concepts or the like.

It just is, it is ‘all that is’.

Areas of work:

  • Relationships

  • Health issues

  • Belief work, feeling work

  • Decision-making / unblocking

  • Fears, anxieties, feeling low

  • Self - confidence / self - esteem

  • Boundary issues

  • Past - life work

  • Inner child work

  • Ancestral work

  • Traumas

  • Space cleansing (rooms, car, house, office)

  • Working with energy flow (e.g. chakras, entities, aura, energetic cleanses, energetic separations)

Healing Therapy also works very well for children. Up to the age of eight I work ‘through the mother’ for the child as the ability to make decisions or to (self -) reflect isn’t fully mature yet in children.

Healing Therapy also works over the phone, I don’t have to be in the same room. I have done plenty of successful healing sessions with clients in Germany and used to do sessions myself with various teachers all over the world, being physically separate.

Structure of a session and what to expect

I offer a FREE initial telephone consultation, in which you can ask questions and decide if what I have to offer is for you.

My therapy approach is based on facilitating and connecting to energy, out of which your desired change is initiated.

As you would in any therapy session, the client presents what they want to work on / address, be that an issue or an intent or a direction they would like to steer towards. I then connect myself to a higher frequency energy (like Reiki) and do an energetic reading, whilst the client just sits in a relaxed manner with their eyes closed.

After connecting myself, I perceive things on an awareness level, ‘see’ energies (e.g. shapes, colours, symbols), get information, have intuitive insights and more. I present these back to the client, who actively participates in the session by giving feedback, consent and/or clarifying details, and the sessions develops from there.

Any changes (e.g. separating energetic connections, cleansing the aura) will always be in line with the client’s wants and wishes, I don’t just ‘do things’ - the client’s free will has highest priority. To imagine this in practice, I function as the conductor between the client and the energy, helping them change things they choose to change.

Change itself can be a frightening concept, often catapulting us out of our comfort zone. Personally, I have often sought for answers and insights that lie outside of my comfort zone, as those often hold the next useful nugget of “something useful” for my inner growth, but this varies from person to person.

The work in the Healing Therapy session is for the client, not for me. The client is in control of how far they would like to take the work at all times. I help them facilitate it, not by applying a cognitive concept, but by connecting to an energetic level of awareness.

During the session clients feel very different things: peaceful, calm, positive and happy, maybe a heavy relaxed feeling, they might get information or insights themselves, have a physical awareness like an ache, feeling light-headed, tired or cold / hot, they might have internal visual perceptions like symbols, colours or also nothing much at all.

As a rule of thumb I would say the more sensitive a person is, or used to feeling energy (e.g. through mindfulness practise, meditation, yoga or previous experiences with energy healing), the more they might perceive and feel during a Healing Therapy session. That however means nothing for the positive outcome of a session, own awareness is not a necessity, it might make the client feel more actively included though and give more clarity over what is going on.

How can you imagine it feels to perceive energies?

I can best compare seeing and perceiving energies with how we perceive certain moods in others, e.g. we have probably all been in the situation where there’s an aggression / anger in the air (maybe walking in upon a confrontation or a fight). It is palpable. It is the same with love or happiness, and if we are open - minded / hearted they can be very infectious. It is very similar with energies. What presents itself has meaning which is perceivable and learnable through modalities such as ThetaHealing™ or Reiki.

Is one session all it needs and how do I know?

One session can be all it needs to change something permanently. Change can only be achieved in accordance with our inner state of being. We are all different, we all have different background experiences and bring different challenges into our sessions.

I have seen instantaneous permanent changes happen more than once in the past, and the outcome can be positively life changing.

Our personal landscapes are varied - by that I mean: our ability to let old concepts and patterns (thinking, feeling and / or behavioural) go; the intensity of our deep inner desire with which we enter the session and commit to change to happen (even if temporarily uncomfortable); the acceptance of what we learn about ourselves and how we tick, feel and think; if we trust ourselves and the possibilities that might present themselves; how well we manage to ‘get out of our own way’ and are able to overcome our inner resistance.

In my experience the more complex the issue the more likely it might be to require more than one session. Which therapy form suits us or how often we want to do sessions is a personal preference and depends on how the individual deals with change. I love the work and would always choose to work as deep and as thorough as I can.

Some questions to ask yourself before entering a session might be:

  • What do I want, need and how much do I want to get there?

  • What am I willing to ‘invest’ into a session to make a change / changes in my state of being / personality/ life?
