Strength

I believe the we all have a purpose we need to unfold in this life. Every step that helps us move forward in that direction - however small - is a success. I’ve sought help on many occasions while following my path, experiencing the most beautiful highs and the most devastating lows on my pursuit. I’ve met amazing, inspiring people and teachers that have made me feel enough and right, just by ‘holding a space for me’, sitting with me, when I’ve poured my heart out to them, sharing what I felt were my darkest shadows and lowest thoughts (about myself).

The thing is, we all think it’s just us, experiencing these moments, because it can feel so excruciating and vulnerable to share them. But it very much isn’t. We all go through these times, and the greatest gift is to have someone see us and hear us and still feel that we’re very much loveable and ok.

I have seen astounding development take place, been humbled, have felt lost, have achieved and am still very much moving towards my purpose. It’s taking steps, sometimes only shuffling forward an inch, sometimes leaping, but always moving - in the right direction for ourselves. And when we feel blocked, it’s about setting ourselves free again by seeking help, advice, a chat, doing a brainstorm, having a rant, being with someone that holds us when we need to cry.

For me, there’s nothing but strength in asking for help, in overcoming shame, worry, setbacks and failure, and wanting to move forward.

With my De-Stress Coaching and Healing Therapy sessions I offer a positive, judgement-free space for children, young adults and adults, who want to explore, delve deeper, seek answers, reflect, feel accepted, change, become stronger within themselves and their story.
